This Return Policy (the "Policy") has been created to explain the conditions for returns and exchanges for purchases made through Merly.com.tr (the "Website"). Merly.com.tr prioritizes customer satisfaction and accepts return requests under the following conditions.

1. Return Conditions

The following conditions apply for a return request to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.

  • The product's original packaging must not be damaged.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.


2. Return Process

  1. Request Creation:

    • Provide the order number and the reason for the return in your request.

  2. Return Approval:

    • Your request will be evaluated, and you will receive a response within 3 business days.

    • For approved requests, return address and procedure details will be provided.

  3. Product Shipment:

    • The product must be sent to the specified address along with the invoice and any other documents, if applicable.

    • The shipping cost may be covered by either the customer or Merly.com.tr, depending on the reason for the return.

  4. Return Confirmation and Refund:

    • The product will be inspected after it reaches us.

    • If found suitable, the payment will be refunded within 10 business days to your original payment method.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personal hygiene products (cosmetics, headphones, masks, etc.).

  • Food items and products approaching their expiration date.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

  • Products sold with promotional or special discounts (unless there is a functional defect).


4. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange requests are subject to the same return procedure.

  • If the product is out of stock, an alternative solution will be offered to the customer.
