ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services offered for sale by Seller to Buyer via the website [merly.com.tr].
